This very rare condition arises as a result of a stroke or head trauma in which the brain’s speech center is damaged, causing the sufferer to regain consciousness with a totally different accent. It is known that foreign accents immediately make you more interesting and exotic to the opposite sex, even if you’re a fat and ugly. The trouble is, you don’t know which accent you’re going to get. If only there is a way that enable you to adapt Jude Law’s accent with ease.
One hand appears to act independently of the rest of the sufferer’s body, performing complex actions that are often in direct opposition to the person’s intention. This syndrome is a gift for a shy person. Say a hot girl is throwing you signals and winks all around but you are shy to do anything. Fear not then, your disordered hand might act upon your deep thoughts and do so something…unexpected.

For synesthetes, the stimulation of one sense causes the automatic stimulation of another, resulting in the ability to taste shapes, see music and countless other variations. Furthermore, synesthesia has long been associated with high levels of creativity, and everybody knows that chicks dig creative guys.

I don’t even know how that works, and the first thing that came to mind is what if I had an African accent that would get me no where! hahaha

VERY interesting collection of neurological disorders
The Foreign Accent Syndrome is more like a disturbance rather than a shutdown of the speech center “Broco’s area” in the brain .. if you got a foreign accent, you’d be so lucky that u can speak at all
Alien Hand Syndrome is not actually a syndrome but rather a condition called Apraxia which results from damage to one of three areas in the area as a result of a brain insult or vascular occlusion, however it only means that the hand will be inable to perform precise complex movement resulting in crude movements “i.e. a girl won’t be able to put her lipstick properly and she will stain all her face” .. Other conditions that causes bizarre alien uncontrollable hand movements is Athetosis & Chorea which results in snake-like hand movement & Semipurposeful movements respectively, those result in imbalance in certain neurotransmitters in the extra-pyramidal system Namely Caudate nucleus (In basal ganglia) & Subthalamus respectively
Synesthesia: is rather a very rare symptom that can be commonly heard from epileptic patients in the form of an aura
Practically speaking, the only common one of them that I have seen much is Apraxia & Synesthesia .. However, the foreign accent syndrome, That I did not see.. I have seen many types of aphasia though.
VERY NICE post, Just thought to add my professional opinion .. keep it up

@VixenFatale
LOL that’s a bit extreme.
@Marzouq
Indeed and that’s just what I mentioned, is that you cannot predict the accent you get.
@OpeRon
