I just came from the movies after watching the movie “Number 23”. Honestly, the interesting part about the movie was the number 23, not the story of the movie. I mean I would rather watching a documentary about the number 23, not a psychological thriller about it.
Anyway, here are some interesting facts about the number 23:
• In the movie Jeepers Creepers the creature gets to feed every 23 years for 23 days.
• There were 23 members in the music group The Beatles. They each had 23 letters in their names. They released 23 albums together, each containing 23 songs. They all died at the age of 23. Also, they would eat 23 meals a day.
• The date that the Titanic sank, 4/15/1912, 4+1+5+1+9+1+2=23.
• The date the Twin Towers were hit, 9/11/2001, 9+11+2+1=23.
• It takes 23 seconds for blood to circulate through the human body
• The tilt of Earth’s axis is roughly 23 degrees.
• A human baby receives 23 chromosomes from each parent.
• The 23rd letter of the English alphabet is W. On a QWERTY keyboard, W lies directly below the two and three.
• December 23, 2012 is the day the classic Mayans said the world would end.
• Five (2+3) is an immensely significant number in all ancient and some modern rites and rituals.
• The average head of human hair can support 23 tons of weight.
• 2/3=0.666 (The Devil’s number)
Finally, the year I was born is 1985, that is 1+9+8+5=23. Don’t worry, I’m not obsessed about the movie; I’m just having fun with it.

Ok.. the documentary is awesome.. BUT, it actually takes for the 6 Liter of blood to circulate through the whole body providing that the heart pumps 75 ml of blood per beat .. so if we multiplied that by 80 beats / minute .. it will give you 6 Liters “body blood content”
Cardiac Output (/min)= Strove Volume (output / beat) x Heart rate (/min)
so this 23 seconds concerning the circulation is invalid .. however I find the rest of the information VERY intriguing

FIRST of all, those are interesting facts but there are other numbers that have interesting facts behind them, I will leave the research for you, so don’t get so excited about 23. Still 23 is my favorite number becus I was born on september 23rd and somehow ….. I like that. Why not?
SECOND those facts you listed are so silly, sorry but for example look how you added the day the planes went into the twin towers. You added 9+11+2+1 …. but you are not supposed to add double digit numbers to single digit numbers. So how it works is 9+1+1+2+1=14 ! Just like you did the other algebra for the other date : 4/15/1912, 4+1+5+1+9+1+2=23. …. here you didn’t add the 4 + 15 +1+9+1+2 = 32! HAHA
THIRD yes, the fact about the blood circulation !!! Silly, it depends whether your heart is pumping fast or slow! And trust me, throughout the day, your heart doesn’t pump at the same beat. Also, a baby will have less blood to pump and thus it will take less than 23 seconds to pump that blood and for a tall human who is fat, for example, who also has more blood than that baby, it will take longer than 23 seconds to pump all the blood.
So yeah, as much as humans like to look into things and find stupid meanings, I’d say, just live your life and worry about improving your relationships and improving the person you are instead of wasting your time and getting caught up in mysteries that don’t even make sense …. unless you’re gonna make a movie about it because that’s how YOU make your money! You write stories for a living! And sure, this gives people something to think about, but I really think some people take it tooooooooo farrrrr!!!! ugh …….

The average person who believes these coincidences are linked has an IQ of exactly 23!
But seriously this is about as plausible as the “loose change” nonsense about a 9-11 conspiracy. There can be an infinite amount of things about 23, but then again there are an infinite number of things about the number 12. I’m typing this post on 03.02.07 3+2+7 = 12!!!

INTRODUCTION

This system I one of “Spiritual Perception”, coupled with the application of mystical insight and an open mind.
Although the system includes all the 10 digits, it revolves around the numbers “23”, “2 and 3”, “1 and 9” and the number “5” which is the foundation of the entire system, the Law of Fives. The number “One” being unity the Creator, the one God and the source of all numbers. The number “Two” being division, male and female, day and night and Wisdom in Hebrew esoteric philosophy. The number “Three” being the Holy Trinity, the essence of all things, for time consist of past, present and future, male and female are made of spirit, soul and body, space is defines by height width and depth. The number “ 5 “ being the key to the entire system, is intimately related to the Pyramid, the perfect 5th in music, the five senses in man being taste, smell, touch, sight and hearing. It also has religious overtones of representing salvation or its adverse condition judgment. The number “ 9 “ having the mystical meaning of intuition, therefore rounding out the system.
To make these numbers “speak”, all one has to do is, after examining the data given on a particular event or circumstance is permutate and align these numbers in any combination. For example you may arrive at “ 23 ”, “ 2/3 ”, “ 32 “, “ 3 + 2 “ or “ 2 + 3”, all of these equaling the number “ 5 “. Which I repeat is the key number we are trying to arrive at.

Are you familiar with the mystical relationship of the number 23?. In the year 1994 which when added together equals 23, there are quite a few occurrences of this number related to world events:
3 / 23 / 94 – Assassination of Mexican Presidential candidate
5 / 23 / 94 – Burial of Jackie O (Kennedy)
7 / 23 /94 – Death of Michael Jordan’s # 23 father in N.C.
I have been observing this rather subtle phenomenon for years. I believe it has to do with the biblical prophecy of the second coming. In Egyptian esoteric numerology the 2 + 3 or 5 is the sign of the return of the Great Initiate or Messiah. In Hebrew mysticism (Kaballah), the 2 is the Wisdom and the 3 is the Understanding of The Most High. I have been able to, with the grace of The Most High, peek behind the veil and find the numbers 1 9 2 3 re-occurring in world events.
I went through a spiritual rebirth on March 23, 1991, and from that point on I could see this sacred number 23 behind world events as well as my life. I shall offer you more………………..
In the movie PROPHECY starring Christopher Walken, it tells of a second war in Heaven as transcribed in an ancient bible in the 23rd chapter of Revelations what’s wrong with this picture…..there are only 22 chapters, or so we think..

I went back into old entries of my journal and looked up the days where I wrote on the 23rd…I had perfectly wonderful days then!
Well, I have a friend who had a near death experience. Like she totally explained the afterlife to me. It was thee most frightening thing I have ever heard. But…in 2012, the supposed last day of the world, my friend is going to be 23. And just when I came to that deduction, i said “Oh God”, and felt compelled to look at the 23rd highway marker on the side of the road. Too scary for words people.

Ok, so I just watched the movie for the first time tonight and the end of the movie where it said Numbers 32:23… Well my Bible was under the coffee table so I looked up Numbers 23:23 instead…not sure what I was looking for. Then I flipped through some pages and got an idea to go back and count the words in that 23rd verse to 23. The 23rd word in my New King James Version is “Oh” O=15, h=8 15+8=23. I don’t believe in coincidences. I believe everything happens for a reason…According to God’s plan. Kind of neat, Numbers 23:23 23rd word adds up to 23.

the #23 has been my favorite number for about 5-6 years now. I started singling out this number because it appeared everywhere, almost every time i looked at the time it was ?:23 such as 10:23pm, etc. i would wait anxiously for the 23rd of each month because something unsual usually happend to me on the 23rd of each month. For my placement test for collage i was examanee 23 in classroom 123. I stayed in hotel room 323 or it usually ended in 23 on several ocassions. my chosen shoes were jordans through out highschool because on #23 and in other movies i would notice it such as “liar liar” has #23 in a scene and in “bruce almighty” its all over the movie the #23. Small stuff like that. Friends and family noticed my obsession and didnt think much of it. i was surprised cus it was titled #23. So to my surprise it was about the obessession #23 ever since watchin it i stopped using the number and i try not noticing it. it freaked me out and reading all this freaks me out even more. To me it was just a number but it was my favorite number or lucky number, but out of all the numbers out there watchin a movie on the number i use to obsess about is freaky!

At work I am assigned a employee number, mine is 50532043..let’s look at it like this : 505/32/043.
First take (5×5=25-23=2). Then take (4×3=12, 23-12=11). Take (11×2=22) then (22+32(the middle number)which equals 54. Take (54/23=2.3)..weird huh?

Ok im sure this has been posted before but i’m too lazy to read them all. 23 is a prime number, Through research about the theorem of prime numbers i have found that 23 along with nearly all other prime numbers are incredibly easy to find in almost any set of random digits. There is less than a 1% chance that a group of numbers cannot be broken down into primes and by extension 23, through the use of other primes. a lot of these things actually end up in 7s, 5s, etc. everyone is just taking common prime numbers and converting them into another prime number (23). i was obsessed with the number 3 previous to this movies release, when i saw it i thought i completely understood the movie, then i decided to really look into it instead of just revel in my experiences of finding the number 3. i found out about this prime number deal and realized it was false.
To any one taking this too seriously,
All religious or philosophical arguments aside, the human mind can be consumed by coincidence (by coincidence i mean its literal definition not claiming that it is a governing force in the universe). Do not spend your time thinking about something that you subconsciously know will always be apparently coincidental but really just factual. All number groups everyone here is going to break down can probably and realisticly be made to equal 23 in one form or another. They can also be made to equal 7, 5, 3, 2, 1 (obviously), or even 2^43112609 -1 if you really wanted to do the math (that is the highest recorded prime number).
Just deal with it, its a big math problem and quite an easy one. 23 is the answer sure, is it significant? hell no cause its the answer to everything. things lose significance once they are that common, and trust me this shit is SUPER common.

Yeah I am seeing the very same stuff going on with the number 23. I am seeing it all the time. Just today I wasn’t obsessing over it, but today was the 23rd. -The “funky chimes” funding credits for Sesame Street (which scared the piss out of me as a child) were used in seasons 4 through…23.

Did anyone not catch the fact that the Mayan thing is wrong? The date predicted is December 21ST of 2012. Which still adds to 23. 1-2 = 1 then the 21st part gets added to the 1 and you have 23. plus 2012 adds to 23. so its 2 times there. and also the mayans did not SAY the world will end on that date, nor did they PREDICT, that is just what WE are interepting from that. what is actually meant from the calender is that it is the end of one of the cycles that they would go by, and the start of the “new world” or new cycle. which each cycle is so many years unlike our standard 12 month calender.

After I watched the movie, I became obsessed with that number. My birthday is 4/22/1995 – 4+2+2+1+9+9+5=32, 23 reversed. & on my birth certificate it says I was born at 4:19am. 4+19=23 & 4+1+9=14 –> 1+4=5–>2+3.
I think I’m going crazy.

well I have been reading a lot of these posts here and you must admit how suggestive movies, shows and even books can be. We as humans are such a curious being and well if told long enough by others will come to believe anything. Consequently the Titanic sank April 14/ 1912 not the 15th. I am curious though. What happened to the other 19 Beatles and what were there names. They all did not die at 23 and there were only 4 . Paul is still alive.

I had never seen the Jim Carey movie..’The number 23′ until i went over to a friends house on Saturday night..This being a week after the fatal flash flooding of Toowoomba,Qld,Australia. After watching the movie i thought about the flood….The flash flooding happened at 2:30pm on the 1o/1/11. 10111 being the binary equivalent of the number 23.

My life has been full of the number 23 as well. To top it off, from the time I was 5, (2+3) I told everyone that “something big was going to happen in my life when I was 23.” I had my daughter, Sydney, on February 29, 2000… the day before MY 23rd birthday…March 1, 2000. Brought her home from the hospital on my 23rd Bday. She will be 23 in 2023, and I graduated HS EXACTLY 23 years to the day after my mother graduated HS. When I first started noticing the number 23, I was 16. Had my license for 23 days and a bus with the number 23 on it pulled out in front of me and almost hit me…on March 23, 1993. Yes, of course I got my license on my bday! LOL! My very first new car had exactly 23 miles on it when I bought it, on June 23, 1999. The loan number was my account number at the time 16691-23. 16691 adds up to 23 as well…which I JUST realized! My fiance’s birthday is Nov. 23, 1978. I married my first husband on May 23, 1999. if the 23 theory is true what words can describe it ,and what does it even mean to figure it out ,i believe ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE, but if there’s one thing everyone should believe is that numbers especially 23 or anything routing from it numbers are fact and yea you can say 12 , 5 etc are numbers that can be stretch but how many share the same coincidence or as many no doubt 23 is special no doubt numbers make great things possible and if ya spiritual why wouldn’t god use numbers, the thing we trust the most to tell us or better yet worn us .

Numeration is so odd since we created the whole numbers. I dont understand the significance of primes, unless we are adding fractions that are limitless, like pi + pi. I mean 23 as a prime or special number, even though all coincidence is inevitable and extreme coincidence is also inevitable because there are so many possibilities of possibilities. We created the whole numbers. WE could of just as easily created them as half numbers…. ie 11 1/2 + 11 1/2 =23. i am now watching the jim carrey movie 23. I gave it a quick coincidence to my life and my biological clock which causes me to look at a clock nearly every day and most times twice a day and see 11;21, my birthday time. 21+ 1+1 = 23. Now I had to force that since logically it would be 11+ 21….. so the facts are that some number is going to fill this space. It is all logical. Play 5 cards out of a deck. The chance those cards will be played the second time in a shuffled deck are in the billions – but given enough time it will happen. There are a limited number of objects in the universe or there is a infinite number. Either way extreme coincidence is inevitable.
